Multi-User Info
Our multi-user features
allow multiple users to run multiple timers in 3 different configurations:
Desktop Mode: This allows timers to be run on one or more
desktops for the same employee (who is logged in).
* Optional settings to run multiple timers
* Each desktop shares a common networked database
* Optional login security
Supervisor Mode: This mode allows a supervisory employee
to run timers for themselves and other employees.
*This allows multiple timers for one or more employees to be run on a desktop.
* Supervisors may edit other employee’s time cards.
* Users share a common database.
* Admin screen is accessible (password protected)
* Login security
Shared Mode: This mode allows many employees to share a
desktop computer to run their timers concurrently.

* Login security to start and stop timers
* Admin screen is not accessible
